Vendor Qualification

Powder River Development Services, LLC continually strives to develop strategic relationships with third-party vendors that will assist us in providing the most comprehensive and high quality service for our clients. We are seeking firms capable of providing the following services, including but not limited to: Architectural & Engineering, Environmental, and Title Work.  Please note that if you are submitting a request for vendor approval that someone at PRDS needs to sponsor your application.  PRDS typically self performs site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction project management services.  If we do sub contract these services, we do so with individuals or small local companies.  If you are interested in performing these services for PRDS, vendor approval is not required and you can submit your inquiry and qualifications to info@powderriverdev.com or see our careers page.
