PRDS SIGNS EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH MILLENNIUM VENTURE GROUP
Powder River Development Services, LLC, has signed an exclusive Services Agreement with Millennium Venture Group (MVG), to provide site identification, site acquisition, and zoning services for MVG’s numerous retail clients. Following the phenomenal success Powder River had providing site acquisition and zoning services for T-Mobile in their outdoor kiosk program in 2003 and 2004, the partnership of MVG and Powder River made sense for both parties. MVG, based in Denver, Colorado, was founded in 1999 with a vision to create attractive new stores for retailers while simultaneously creating new income producing tenants for landlords.
