Powder River Development Services, LLC has been awarded a contract with ECOtality to provide support in development of their Electric Vehicle Service Equipment for locations across the country including Washington, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Powder River is providing Architectural & Engineering and permitting services for ECOtality. ECOtality North America is a recognized leader in plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and electric vehicle (EV) technology.

PRDS PROMOTES DAN KEIDEL TO VICE PRESIDENT OF WIRELESS SERVICES
We are pleased to announce that Dan Keidel has been promoted to our newly created position of Vice President of Wireless Services. In this new position, Dan is responsible for directing operations for all PRDS wireless projects throughout the U.S. Dan was previously Vice President of Operations. A longtime PRDS asset, Dan joined the company in May of 2006 and has climbed the PRDS ladder. He was initially hired as a project manager for numerous projects before being promoted to the Vice President level.

PRDS LAUNCHES NEW ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DIVISION
Powder River Development Services, LLC is excited to announce the launching of its own Architectural and Engineering Division. The new A&E Division will offer a full menu of the Architectural and Engineering Services specific to the wireless industry. In its search to secure the nations best, PRDS was able to hire experienced wireless professionals who have been designing wireless networks for over 15 years from switch to site design. Our new staff is licensed in all 50 States, and has previous work experience in numerous markets across the country. Our A&E professionals have effectively worked on thousands of sites including raw land, co-locations, rooftops, water towers, as well as a wide array of unconventional stealth sites. Our new A&E Division will pride itself on working closely with our site acquisition agents. This relationship accelerates the exchange of redlined comments being turned into final drawings and expedites the entire site deployment process.
