Our home office is located in Laramie, Wyoming, giving us a unique advantage over our competition. From field personnel to owners, Powder River has experience dealing with landowners and utility companies to obtain land leases and right-of-way easements for various applications.

Retail Development Services
We are experienced in acquiring building and zoning permits, site specific due diligence, market research and analysis, and site selection and acquisition.
We have had success with obtaining leases and zoning permits for T-Mobile retail stores. This success has led to a nationwide build out of Outdoor Kiosks (free standing buildings) for T-Mobile. The success we've had for T-Mobile can be principally attributed to the thorough approach of our experienced and skilled staff. We are also experienced in the development of free standing coffee drive thru's including site selection and the required entitlements.
